Review :

After the huge success of Hostel Daze Season 1, fans were eagerly waiting for Season 2 to arrive. Well, finally, the second season has arrived, and we know you cannot keep calm.

‘College toh sab jaate hain, lekin Hostel, sirf kismat wale’, – Bookmark this line and remember it for the rest of your life because truer words will never be spoken again.

This show brilliantly captures the day-to-day life of students in hostels in the most realistic way possible. This show portrays the life of students in a hostel exactly as it is.

The creators have captured the reality in an average hostel and then infused it with lots of adult humour.

In the first season, the viewers watched that the aspirants clear the competitive examination to get admission in top colleges of Engineering and have dreams of a better future in their eyes.

Now, the second season particularly focuses on their hostel life and how they manage their workload pressures, fights, and other difficulties.

The series starts with a glimpse of seniors ragging freshers in a Gen Z way and later on the story continues with a love affair, breakup, hostel life, and much more.

The whole series speaks about college, student’s love life, and a tough friendship. How is the hostel now and what going to happen next, to know this you have to watch the full series on Amazon Prime Video.

Marks My Words, Nikhil Vijay is Superstar. He is so amazing in the second part that season 2 is all about him, he rules the whole series all alone with his amazing and mind-blowing comic timing and acting skills.

His expressions were just superb. Subham Gaur and Adarsh Gourav does well in the series and Ahsaas Channa, Ayushi Gupta, and others were decent in their roles.

The timid, shy and somewhat reserved juniors have become seniors, which means laughter, drama, and entertainment are doubled in this season.

The punchlines, the roasting, and grilling by friends, and the overall aura of this show is such that you will grab your stomach tightly during each minute of each episode because of all the pain induced by the constant laughter and giggles!

This season of ‘Hostel Daze’ was hilarious in terms of story, dialogue, and direction. However the storyline was a little bit cliché, but still, the characters tried to pull the audience with their performances.

All in all, the entire comedy-drama series has put out enough effort that it should be binge-watched at least once.
