Review :
Haseen Dillruba revolves around an earnest engineer, his frisky wife, her hunky lover, and a biased police officer.

An arranged marriage brings Rani (Taapsee Pannu) and Rishu (Vikrant Massey) into the same room but their views are different towards things.
Rani is a fan of crime fiction novels, fiery and seductive with a history of multiple affairs whereas Rishu is a nerd and a good boy. But soon Rani’s simple life turns upside down and becomes a life full of action, passion, and madness when Rishu’s hunky bad boy cousin Neel (Harshvardhan Rane) comes to stay with them for a few days.
Writer Kanika Dhillon takes us into the different worlds of Rani and Rishu which is quite engaging, entertaining, and unpredictable for the most part, as we see the lead characters go through their journey of love, lust, and desires. Director Vinil Mathew has done a great job of keeping the flow of the story engaging.
Taapsee Pannu has played a really strong character full of perfect expressions so effortlessly. Vikrant Massey just nailed his part and Harshvardhan Rane does well within his limited scope for performance.
Yamini Das as Rishu’s Mother brings some comic relief in some moments.
All other casts have done a really appreciable job.
The background score of the movie is soft and set perfectly with the emotions. Dialogues are superb. Music (Amit Trivedi) and cinematography (Jayakrishna Gummadi) make the film interesting and engaging.
Haseen Dillruba is a delectably dark and mad love story with a thrilling twist. It’s a good watch.
